Dr. Rahul Mohan delivered an invited talk on 'ANTARCTICA: Science, Environment, and Geopolitics' at the National Defence College, Delhi, on 25th July 2024. This lecture was part of NDC's prestigious 47-week course on National Security and Strategic Studies conducted annually, hosting 120 senior officers from various government organizations including 39 officers from 37 Nations.
