Strengthening International Collaboration in Polar and Ocean Sciences

NCPOR, Goa and the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology, Russian Academy of Sciences (IO RAS), Russia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote international academic cooperation and enhance the effectiveness of joint research investigations in areas of mutual interest across the polar regions and ocean realms.
