A high-level meeting was held between the Russian delegation, led by H.E. Mr. Nikolay Patrushev, Aide to the President of Russia and Chairman of the Maritime Board of the Russian Federation, and researchers at NCPOR, led by the Director. Senior representatives from the Government of India, including officials from the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) and the Indian Navy (IN), also attended the discussions. The meeting focused on potential areas of collaboration in polar and ocean research, scientific cooperation, and technological development.
