The Hindi Half-Yearly Meeting and Award Ceremony of the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (South Goa) was held at the Mormugao Port Authority, Goa. In this joint ceremony, the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR), Goa, was honoured with the First Prize in the category of Central Government Offices for its outstanding implementation of Official Language Hindi during the year 2024–25. On this occasion, Dr. Ravi Mishra (Scientist ‘E’ & Hindi Officer) and Mr. Saurabh Bhatt (Junior Translation Officer) represented the institute.
This honour symbolizes the institute’s continued commitment to the promotion, propagation, and effective implementation of the Official Language Hindi.
