National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research, Earth System Science Organization - under Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India is the nodal institute for coordinating the Indian Antarctic Programme. NCPOR calls for Medical Doctors on contract basis for its research bases (Bharati-Larsemann Hills and Maitri, Schirmacher Oasis) at Antarctica.
